From ducks to deer to pheasants and field mice, they all need a place to live. A recent project at the Allegan State Game Area has improved habitat for a multitude of wildlife. Pheasants Forever has partnered with the Michigan Department of Natural Resources to improve public lands across Michigan. The Adopt-A-Game Area Program is an opportunity for the public – individuals, clubs, foundations, corporations – to help re-establish native grasslands on select state game areas throughout southern Michigan.
